一、概述
ZXD-A轉速信號測控儀可完成水輪機發(fā)電機組的轉速百分比或頻率測量，其輸入信號可取主機殘電壓（電流互感器邊）、永磁機電壓，輸出采用七路繼電器控制和一路12位D/A轉換輸出模擬量。機組的轉速百分比和頻率由四位LED數(shù)碼管顯示，七路繼電器的工作狀態(tài)由七只LED發(fā)光二極管分別指示。本儀表除可帶4—20mA ,1—5V ，0—20mA， 0—5V等標準直流信號輸出外，還可帶RS—485，RS—232C，RS—422A等標準串行口輸出，輸出采用光電隔離，使得儀表可以與計算機直接接口。
本儀表關鍵元器件采用美國ATMEL公司、 MAXIM公司、TI公司的產(chǎn)品。儀表掉電采用E2PROM數(shù)據(jù)保護，初始設置的所有參數(shù)及工作狀態(tài)不會因突然停電而丟失，可永久保存；輸入、輸出采用光電隔離技術，使得儀表完全滿足電廠安全、及時、穩(wěn)定、可靠的工作要求。
